My Fitness Must-Haves + Keeping Clean with Cottonelle

As you guys know, I like to keep it real on here. That means nothing is really off limits, including how I keep clean and confident during my fitness routine. That’s why I’m so excited to be partnering with Cottonelle®, whom understands the importance of feeling your best during workouts and fitness routines.

They understand that the struggle can be #real and we’ve all done it – gone commando in gym clothes. It’s just more comfortable! Who wants undies digging into your side when you’re already squeezed into spandex pants?! And let’s face it, underwear is literally the last thing you need standing in the way of nailing that inversion or setting a new personal record. The Cottonelle® with CleanRipple® Texture gets you so clean that it gives you the confidence to remove your safety net – your underwear. Yup, I said it.

Now on to the really fun part – let’s talk about my fitness must-haves for feeling fresh during a workout. Listed below!

  • A headband (to keep my hair from falling around my sweaty neck/forehead)
  • Deodorant
  • Lip balm
  • A breathable workout top
  • Cottonelle® Flushable Cleansing Cloths

Now on to MORE fun stuff – Cottonelle® is sponsoring the upcoming Wanderlust 108 Festival in Miami, which is the world’s only mindful triathlon. The “field day for your mind, body and soul” brings together those in the community that want to remain self-aware and find inner peace. How cool does this sound?

The triathlon will bring together a 5K run (or walk), an outdoor yoga experience and a guided meditation – but with a twist. From DJs on the main stage to lawn activities like hooping, slacklining and acroyoga, to local food and craft vendors, there’s plenty to do when you’re not on your mat.

If you’re in Miami on October 22, I definitely recommend you create your own little “feeling fresh” workout kit and head to this amazing event!
